Having just returned from an internship in Stuttgart and gaining nearly PLN 750,000 funding from the National Science Centre for his project "Simultaneous estimation of the troposphere using the Precise Point Positioning Technique", Professor Tomasz Hadaś will be cooperating on this project with Prof. Thomas Hobiger from the Institute of Navigation at the University of Stuttgart.

Alan Gasiński from the UPWr Doctoral School is working on malting legume seeds – the raw material obtained this way is characterized by higher protein content. Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences was awarded the Best Genius award during the Genius Universitatis competition for the best publicity stunt among Polish universities. The university mural, which was created for the 70th anniversary of UPWr, was appreciated not only for its beautiful, educational design, but it’s also a hotel for red mason bees.
