Tasks of the Faculty Committee for Education Quality Assurance

  • evaluation of postgraduate studies conducted at the Faculty in cooperation with their managers;
  • giving opinions on study programs for the cycle of education starting in the next academic year;
  • analyzing PKA reports concerning the fields of a study conducted at the Faculty;
  • developing corrective actions and a schedule for their implementation, taking into account individual directions and the entire Department;
  • submitting the faculty report to the Dean by November 30 and to the chairman of the Rector’s Committee by December 15;
  • presentation of the faculty report at a meeting of faculty employees and student representatives

Methods of operation of the Faculty Committee for Education Quality Assurance

  • assessment of methods of verification of learning outcomes in the winter semester,
  • assessment of diploma theses defended in the winter examination session
  • designation of classes for observation in the summer semester;
  • giving opinions on study programs for the cycle of education starting in the next academic year;
    supervision of classes in the summer semester;
  • assessment of methods of verification of learning outcomes in the summer semester, assessment of diploma theses defended in the summer examination session;
  • designation of classes for observation in the winter semester;
  • supervision of classes in the winter semester;
  • development of a departmental report;
  • organizing a faculty meeting.
